Abstract

Sistem manual yang digunakan PT Patri Agung Perdana (PAP) untuk mengelola inventori menyebabkan efisiensi operasional yang lebih rendah dan proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih lama. Akibatnya, ada keterlambatan informasi, kesalahan pencatatan, dan masalah dengan pelacakan stok secara real-time. Nilai rata- rata persediaan yang lebih stabil dan mudah dikelola diberikan oleh metode Weighted Average Cost (WAC), sistem manajemen inventori berbasis mobile web yang memungkinkan pencatatan barang masuk, keluar, dan mutasi secara otomatis dan real- time melalui perangkat seluler. Selain itu, sistem menyediakan fitur yang memberikan hak akses pengguna sesuai dengan peran masing-masing pengguna. Diharapkan bahwa penggunaan sistem ini akan meningkatkan akurasi data inventori, mempercepat pelaporan, dan membantu pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat dan efisien.
