Abstract

APPLICATION OF SENSOR MQ-7 CO GAS DETECTION ROBOT BASED MICROCONTROLLER RIZKI OKTARIANDA Carbon monoxide gas detector robot designed to assist people in finding and detecting gas carbon monoxide (CO) and sensors used to detect carbon monoxide gas (CO) is the sensor MQ-7. This final report is created on the design of the robot car gas carbon monoxide (CO) detector using DC motors as movers, ultrasonic sensors as a proximity sensor, XBEE module as a communication media recipient data and static nodes as a means of carbon monoxide detector (CO) using the sensor MQ-7 gas detection sensors as carbon monoxide, as well as the communication media as XBEE module sender data. The materials used in the manufacture of cars of this robot is acrylic and static nodes using plastic boxes. After testing done on static node note that any value of PPM in each space is different based on the level of indoor humidity and the indoor temperature levels. From each measurement to obtain value ratio a comparison of values obtained 217.18 PPM and 393.91 PPM. While the results of the calculation of the value of the PPM sensor detected by MQ-7 of 240.98 PPM and 376.55 PPM.
