Abstract

This last paper explains about the working of a proximity sensor on the robot arm as a sorter boxes by size based Arduino Uno. This final report aims to design and study the working principle of the robot arm sorter boxes by size, while useful to know the working principle of the robot arm sorter boxes by size. The design is the most important stage of the whole process of making tools. The design of this tool has the objective to get a good end result designing these tools required components such as a proximity sensor detection box, Arduino Uno microcontroller as the controller for the whole range of existing tools, servo motor as the driving arm, the joints and the gripper robot arm and LCD as display output. The working principle of this robot arm when the box is not the proximity sensor 1 and 2 of the box is considered as a small-sized box, but if the box of the proximity sensor 1 only considered as a medium-sized box but if the box of the proximity sensor 1 and 2 of the box categorized as large-sized box. From the results of measurements made known that the value of the voltage on the proximity sensor circuit with a voltage condition is detected box Volt 0.08 – 0.16 Volt, in contrast to the current condition of the box is not detected by the voltage Volt 4.08 – 4.12 Volt due in accordance with the change of the voltage generated by the photodiode.
