Abstract

The coconut milk auto machine is an machine designed to produce a pure coconut milk or virgin coconut milk (VCM) which is processed without water. The working principle of coconut milk auto machine when the cup is closed, then photodiode sensor will send a signal to microcontroller ATMega8535 to drive the motor using driver + relay and to process the coconut so it can produce the VCM. After processed, VCM that is produced will be detected by loadcell, if the volume of VCM has been on 150 mL so motor will stop automatic and it will be shown on LCD 16x2. When the LCD read the data input, pin RS and RW will get logic 1 otherwise when the instructions write the data input so pin RS will get logic 1 and pin RW will be 0, the data input consists of binary code from ASCII table. On LCD, there's ROM to save ASCII characters (American Standard Code for Interchange Instruction), so that to display a character on LCD simply enter the data in the form of ASCII code binary, hex, and other.
