Abstract

Ketidakseimbangan beban pada transformator distribusi merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang dapat menurunkan efisiensi transformator dan berpotensi menyebabkan kerusakan peralatan listrik. Penelitian ini menganalisi pengaruh ketidakseimbangan beban terhadap efisien transformator distribusi pada PA0462 di PT PLN (Persero) ULP Rayon Rivai Palembang. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebelum, pemerataan ketidakseimbangan beban sebesar 12% dengan efisiensi 87%. Setelah dua kali pemerataan, ketidakseimbangan turun menjadi 3% dan efisiensi meningkat hingga 97%. Pemerataan beban terbukti efektif dalam meningkat efisiensi transformator dengan mengurangi rugi daya akibat arus netral. Kata Kunci: Ketidakseimbangan, Efisiensi, Pemerataan pada Transformator.
