Abstract

Design And Build Prototype Bucket Wheel Excavator (B.W.E) With Remote Control System as a purpose to display simulated and the working system of real heavy equipment of B.W.E. The Principle of working system at this simulator are using motor power window and DC as driver and electric current DC as energy supplies (battery Li–Po). The Planning of this B.W.E project made by working principle which almost same as real B.W.E. in mining company are able to perform a rotational movement dredging using bucket wheels, doing distribution of material using conveyor, able doing motion up and down on front arm and be able to perform swing movement and bucket rotation simultaneously. This simulator consisting of structur part of front arm , back arm , and part of undercarriage in mobile state with average of a payload capacity of materials is 5,021 kg/s and the production cost of it is Rp Rp 5.586.100,-.
