Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) terhadap Tingkat Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah dengan Desentralisasi Fiskal sebagai Variabel Moderating. Objek penelitian difokuskan pada 17 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan selama periode 2020-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Data diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) yang telah diaudit oleh BPK RI. Metode Analisis yang digunakan meliputi statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), dan pengujian hipotesis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, PAD dan Desentralisasi Fiskal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah serta Desentralisasi Fiskal mampu memoderasi hubungan antara PAD terhadap Tingkat Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah. Namun, DAU secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan, dan Desentralisasi Fiskal tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara DAU dengan Tingkat Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah. Secara simultan, PAD dan DAU memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, dan Desentralisasi Fiskal memperkuat hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya optimalisasi PAD dan penerapan desentralisasi fiskal untuk meningkatkan kemandirian fiskal daerah.
