Abstract

Tanah merupakan komponen penting dalam ekosistem yang mendukung kehidupan manusia, terutama dalam bidang pertanian dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran tanah dalam pertumbuhan tanaman jagung, yang merupakan pangan pokok di beberapa daerah Indonesia seperti Madura dan Nusa Tenggara. penelitian ini akan menganalisis bagaimana pengolahan lahan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan hasil pertanian jagung. Proses pembentukan tanah yang melibatkan faktor geologis dan biologis selama ribuan tahun akan dibahas untuk memahami karakteristik dan sifat-sifat tanah yang berbeda.
