Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to identify about the characteristic between limas house of Balaputra Dewa and Limas House Demang Lebar Daun. The writer describes about the differences of characteristic between limas house of Balaputra Dewa and Demang. The data were collected through, observation,documentation and interview. The data were analyzed by using descriptive method. Based on discussion, the writer knows about the differences of limas house Balaputra Dewa and Demang. There are from the design of limas house, color of the house and then from motif, terrace, stairs, floor and the roof. Based on interview the differences of limas house Balaputra Dewa and Demang, there are from the meaning of the roof and stairs.
