Abstract

This study aimed to examine grammatical errors found in brochures of hotels located in Palembang. To achieve this objective, a descriptive qualitative approach was applied. The data were gathered from six brochures obtained from various hotels in Palembang, and each one was thoroughly analyzed. The findings indicated that all the brochures contained grammatical errors. Among the brochures collected from Arista Hotel, Novotel Hotel Palembang, Aston Hotel Palembang, The Alts Hotel Palembang, The Zuri Hotel Palembang, and Santika Premiere Hotel Palembang, none were free from such errors. All identified errors were classified under the linguistic taxonomy category.
