DESIGNING BILLBOARD AS INFORMATION TO INTRODUCE INFRASTRUCTURE IN KEMARO ISLAND ( FITRIA RUKMANA, 2015 : pages ) This report is intended for the presentation of information in Kemaro Island can grow to be better. The methods used in this research are the Research and Development. In this research the writer also used the 10 stages of Research and Development, in conducting field testing of products made, the writer used snowball sampling to allow writers to find the information needed. Moreover, I also used the data collection techniques and analysis by observation and interviews. Then the writer produced of billboard that present a variety of information that has been tested. With the information billboard design, there are various benefits generated. Finally, the writer suggests that the foundation Kemaro Island and governments can work together to improve the presentation of information on the Kemaro island.
