Information technology is developing very rapidly, everyone can send messages from one place to another with a distance of thousands of kilometers. Almost every company or agency has been using a wide variety of applications and with the development of this kind of SMP Negeri 43 Palembang in demand to follow the development of these technologically in order to facilitate the delivery of the message. The problem is SMPN 43 can not have a notification application Palembang student absenteeism, in the junior high school is still using the manual method where the message should be written on paper then sent to the parties concerned and vice versa. In this case I drew the conclusion that it needs to create applications that are efficient and effective in sending a message to the parties concerned. By providing solutions in the form of an application using PHP and MYSQL database. This application is expected to facilitate and help the school and students in dealing with message delivery. So that both the school and students can easily perform instant messaging and practical
