ANALYSIS CALCULATION OF BREAK EVEN POINT (BEP) OF MEATBALLS IN GRANAT MAS AZIS PALEMBANG This report aims to determine the calculation of Break Even Point (BEP) on Bakso Granat Mas Azis by classifying the costs of production, determines the BEP in rupiah for all products, BEP in rupiah and unit for each product type and determine safe limits (Margin of Safety) for all product sales. Bakso Granat Mas Azis not know BEP calculations and do not apply to the production activities. These data were collected through interviews and observations. Data were analyzed using the theory of Break Even Point (BEP) Multiproduk of Herjanto (2008) and Margin of Safety (MoS) of Munawir (2002). The results show that the BEP (Rp) in 2014 was Rp 698. 093.819 and BEP (unit) 2014 is 57.036, while the safe limit sales (MoS) in 2014 is Rp 2.786.008.087 or 227.364 units. Based on these results the authors suggest that Bakso Granat Mas Azis apply BEP calculation and must increase production and sales to gain greater profits.
