The purpose ofthis research wasto determine how muchthe role oforganizational climatethat existed atPTPegadaian(Persero) Branch Office Merdeka Palembang. The objects usedin this studywere all employeesin PTPegadaian(Persero) Branch Office Merdeka Palembang. This research usesliteratureresearch methodsandquestionnaires.Results ofthis questionnairewere processed usingbalancedinterpretationformulatoget the resultsin the form ofa percentage. Throughthe questionnaireof this research, the authorknowthat thestrong roleof organizational climateon employee performanceof PTPegadaian(Persero) Branch Office Merdeka Palembang. It based on datathat the averagepercentage oforganizational climateon employee performanceis77.68% witha score ofrelativelystronginterpretation.
