Abstract
The purpose of this Final Report is to improve the energy performance archivists in Corporate Administration PT Bukit Asam. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The data obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis conducted of Program Universal Content Management (UCM) consists of target achievement upload, upload folder realization, the process of uploading the archive to the UCM and the rediscovery of archives that have been uploaded to the UCM. Now, with the development of Information Systems technology, efficiency and effectiveness of a given document management through UCM applicant has a positive effect on operating performance and the performance of employees working unit. UCM program was to minimize errors due to document management data is stored in the form of an electronic document that can be accessed anytime in need who make use of the time and cost effective. In this case the Corporate Administration Unit PT Bukit Asam, have problems in the electronic archive storage systems that lack in the Archivist Power Skills Program Applying Universal Content Management (UCM). Those problems caused not achieving the target uploads given company. While it is known that a professional worker certainly will not escape from its competency. Competencies that must be owned by archivists power that is, aspects of Knowledge (Knowledge), Aspect Skills (Skill), Aspect Attitude (Attitude), and Aspects of Accuracy
