Abstract

The title of this report is to a SystemManually Filing System ElectronicBased Microsoft Office Access 2007 for letter entry and exit At the District OfficeAlang-AlangLebar Palembang. File collection techniques used by the authors is the Field Research (Obeservation, Interview, Documentation) and Research Library. From the file, the authors found a problem that the process for searching for files that are not efficient in terms of time by using a manually system. Therefore, at this time we need a more structured charging system management letter to speed up the search in modern applications of file, therefore, the authors feel the need to design programs that are considered necessary and helpful staff who manage the archives at the District OfficeAlang-AlangLebar Palembang. The applications are designed by using Microsoft Office Access 2007. The results obtained from the implementation of an electronic charging system that makes it easier to manage the archive incoming and outgoing mail at the District Office Alang-AlangLebar Palembang, besides competen supported by personnel in their field, and have the skills and the ability to support the implementation of electronic archiving.
