Abstract
ABSTRACT The Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Foreign Ownership to Company’s Value on the Coal Mining Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2010-2014 Tri Agustia Anggiani, 2015, Accounting, State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya ( xiv+53 Pages ) Email : anggiani10@yahoo.com This research aims to know the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Foreign Ownership simultaneously and partially to company’s value on coal mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. The data used is panel data. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistic anlysis, classical assumptions test, multiple linear regression and statistic test (hypothesis). Based on the test result, it can be concluded that partially corporate social responsibility disclosure has positive and significant effect to company’s value, while the foreign ownership has psoitive and significant effect to company’s value. Simultaneously, corporate social responsibility and the foreign ownership have positve effect significant to company’s value. The ability of the three variables to predict the company’s value was 15,3% while the remaining 84,7% influenced by other factors which is not included in this research.
