Abstract

Kebutuhan fasilitas rawat inap yang memadai mendorong perlunya perencanaan gedung rumah sakit yang aman, andal, dan efisien. Laporan akhir ini bertujuan merancang struktur atas dan struktur bawah gedung tiga lantai sebagai fasilitas rawat inap Rumah Sakit Mohammad Hoesin Kota Palembang, menyusun gambar rencana kerja, menghitung biaya pekerjaan struktur, serta menentukan durasi pelaksanaan. Metode yang digunakan berupa perancangan dan analisis struktur beton bertulang berdasarkan ketentuan SNI yang berlaku, dengan mempertimbangkan beban mati, beban hidup, beban angin, dan beban hujan. Perencanaan meliputi pelat, balok, kolom, tangga, tie beam, serta fondasi tiang pancang dan pile cap, dilengkapi penyusunan RAB dan penjadwalan dalam bentuk Bar Chart dan Kurva S. Hasil perencanaan menunjukkan elemen struktur dan detail penulangan memenuhi persyaratan perencanaan. Estimasi biaya pekerjaan struktur sebesar Rp11.324.163.840,69 dengan durasi pelaksanaan 199 hari kalender. Hasil perancangan ini memberikan kontribusi sebagai acuan akademis dalam penerapan perencanaan struktur dan manajemen konstruksi yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung pembangunan fasilitas kesehatan yang aman dan efisien.
