Abstract

Laporan ini bertujuan mengelompokkan biaya tetap dan biaya variabel, menganalisis titik impas (Break Even Point/BEP), serta menghitung Margin of Safety (MoS) pada usaha peternakan ayam petelur AMD EGGS Kota Prabumulih sebagai dasar perencanaan laba jangka pendek. Data tahun 2025 diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode persamaan, kontribusi unit, dan grafis. Hasilnya menunjukkan biaya tetap sebesar Rp66.400.000 dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp265.500.000, dengan rasio margin kontribusi 37,74%. Titik impas tercapai pada penjualan 7.199 kg atau Rp175.661.376, sedangkan penjualan aktual 17.450 kg atau Rp426.465.000 telah melampaui titik impas dengan laba Rp94.565.000. Margin of Safety sebesar Rp250.803.624 menunjukkan risiko kerugian yang relatif rendah. Untuk mencapai target kenaikan laba 10% menjadi Rp104.021.500, AMD EGGS perlu meningkatkan penjualan menjadi Rp451.567.303 atau sekitar 18.477 kg telur.
