Abstract
Security Alarm Using Laser and LDR Microcontroller-based ATMega8535 on Special room Helen Marlina (2016 ; xiii + 51 Halaman + 33 Gambar+ 11 Tabel) The title of this final report is” Security Alarm Using Laser and LDR Microcontroller-based ATMega 8535 on Special room”. Special room is a place that everyone cannot enter. However, with special rooms to make people interested to enter it with the intention to know or intend to steal. Weaponary room, state documents, safes, etc is example of a special room. Alarms can be generally defined as a sound warning or notice. while, LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) is a resistor that has properties when exposed to light resistance value will change. When someone passes between laser and LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) then the buzzer will be active as a sign of danger. Furthemore, when the event was taking place the device will send an SMS to the owner or person in charge of a special room.
