Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to know how maintenance and depreciation of archives at PT samudera Indonesia Tbk Palembang. The data was collected through interview. The writer used qualitative and quantitative method. The problems in this case are the maintenance and depreciation of archives not good and there is no the special officer of filling at PT samudra Indonesia Tbk Palembang. To avoid the archives will damage and pile up. So it should maintenance routinely and periodically. And then, make a retention schedule as a guidance to depreciate and to know the use values and the age of the each archive. So there is no the corrupted archives and it is maintained well.
