Abstract
The title of this final report is The Overview of The Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Program at PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang Area. The purpose of this research is to investigate the implementation of occupational safety and health program at PT PLN (Persero) WS2JB Palembang Area located on the Kapten A. Rivai Street No. 37 Palembang. This research wanted to know how the implementation of occupational safety and health program to the employees of the company and the cause of less maximal implementation of occupational safety and health program. The data was gotten through observation, interviews, and literature. Based on the comparison between theory of Sedarmayanti and reality, there are still some deficiencies found in the implementation of occupational safety and health program provided less than the maximum results. Therefore, it’s suggested that the leaders and officers of occupational health dan safety immediate repair and renewal of the area that was leaking and malfunctioning equipment and complementary the items of First Aid box.
