Abstract

This research aims to determine “The level of customers satisfaction whom service quality fitnesholicpalembang” Advantage that can be got for fitnesholicside how customers assesments toward their services that are given. Research data are got from quesioner and observation directly with related parties. This research uses quantitative methods. Quesioner data was calculated with using score interpretation formula. Based on result of 5th dimension calculating that is for knowing level of customers satisfaction, on Assurance dimension to get the highest score is 76%. However, tangibles dimension is got the lowest score is 72%. Actually from 5 dimension that use are good value of customer. Wisely, percentage of among 5 dimension that are still low like a “Available parking area for fitnesholic customer” for make larger parking area customer came and got comfortable for parking in fitnesholicpalembang then add service quality for fitnesholic customer and the the result has given good can kept or make a higher level.
