Abstract
The increase of human population requires natural resources to filled various needs. For example, electrical energy is affecting to technology development in some region. This final report aim the author to construct electricity plant using solar cell that can be used in life. Along it is development, there are two types of solar cell static and tracker. Static is keep on their spot and solar cell tracker is moving in a direction of the sun movement. Solar cell tracker is determined based on time using DS3231 RTC. The amount of the current is measured on solar cell prove that the power absorbed by the solar cell is large. The author suggest to adding a temperature sensor to expected that solar cell absorbed more power and also to adding a gearbox on motor and replace power window motor with a stepper motor for the future.
