Abstract
The purpose of this final report is writing was to design a recording system with SP3 (letter Requests payment process) contract-based Visual Basic Function in Operation Planning (OP). Data collection techniques used are observation and interview. The data source in this final report is the primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data such as company history, organizational structure, and so on. The author manipulate data using qualitative methods, namely designing application logging through the visual basic application. The results showed that the design of such applications could help prevent a repetition of the recording due to the previous entry is not found, the value of maintaining the security of the other party of the contract budget who want to know this and to clarify the date and the position of the letter because of SP3 Contract has some procedures that must be noted with the appropriate and correct.
