Abstract
PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Sumatera Selatan is a bank institution that is providing the services in giving loan to boost the micro business activity. Based on the aim is to become the healthiest and professional. But, in giving the loan there are several values and criteria by using 5C analysis, they are Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition of Economy. The scoring and feasibility were not accepted all by the Bank, they should fulfill the requirements and procedure. This terms were proposed to minimalize the problematic creditor which gave harms to the bank. Every years, the bank wants to run NPAT to have improvement to pay the costs of the company. The aim of this Skripsi was to evaluate the liquidity credit in micro business (KUM) to prevent a problematic creditor. The writer used descriptive qualitative method through observation and direct interview. The results showed by consistently used 5C, the bank could evaluate the credit proposal by the creditors.
