Abstract

The topic of this final report is about planning, designing and calculating the structure of office building. The main purpose of this final report is to know how to design and count the building construction a office building. In planning and calculating the construction of this building, the author used some literatures as primary data, which refers to SNI 2847-2013 (Persyaratan Beton Struktural Untuk Bangunan Gedung), SNI 1727-2013 (Beban Minimum Untuk Perencanaan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain), dan PPPURG 1987 (Pedoman Perencanaan Pembebanan Untuk Rumah dan Gedung). The data was analyzed by Structural Analysis Program 2000 (SAP 2000) for the normal framework calculation, and the combination of Istimawan’s and Gideon’s formulas for concrete design, beam and column. The building consist of three floor. They are the calculating plate, stairs, framework, beam, column, sloof and foundation.. The thickness of roof plate is 10 cm, thickness of floor plate is 12 cm, and the size of stairs are 20 cm for optride and 25 cm for antride. The dimension of beams is 300 x 400 mm2 and 300 x 350 mm2. The dimension of column is 350x 350 mm2. The dimension of sloof is 300 x 350 mm2, and 250 x 250 x 6000 mm3 for the dimension of pile. Based on the explanation above, the writers conclude that the structure is safe and eligible. The writers suggest that the plan of data be complete, correct and accurate.
