The Use of Cash Flow Components in Predicting Financial Distress in The Automotive Companies Listed on The Stock Exchange Indonesia Period of 2011 - 2015 Linda Erfina, 2016 (xiv + 71 pages) Email : lindafina30@gmail.com This study aims to determine the effect of Operating Cash Flow, Cash Flow and Cash Flow Investment Funds toward predicting Financial Distress in Automotive Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2011-2015 either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this research company Automotive amounted to 9 of a total population of 13 companies. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis that includes t-test, F and test the coefficient of determination (R ²) using SPSS version 21. The t test result variable Operating Cash Flow shows significant positive effect on Financial Distress, while variable Investing Cash flow and Financing Cash flow showed no significant effect on the Financial Distress partially. F test results indicate that the Operating Cash Flow, Cash Flow and Cash Flow Investment Funds toward Financial Distress significant positive effect simultaneously. The result of the coefficient of determination (R ²) showed that all the independent variables are able to explain and may affect the Financial Distress by 36.3% while the remaining 63.7% is influenced by other factors outside the research or outside the regression equation.
