Analysis of Sources and Uses of Working Capital at PD Manau Jaya Palembang Min Oktariani 2016 (xii + 66 Halaman) Oktarianimin@gmail.com This final report entitled Analysis of Sources and Uses of working capital at Jaya PD Manau Palembang. The address of the company is in Jl. Veteran No.988 Ilir Timur I Palembang. The problems that are faced by the company are not exactly the allocation of sources and use of working capital at PD Manau Jaya Palembang that are marked by the lack of working capital for two consecutive years and the lack of good activity ratio of the company. The data used for analysis of the final report was obtained from Jaya PD Manau Palembang in the form of income statements and balance sheets in 2013,2014,2015, a short company history, organizational structure and division of duties. The purpose of this final report is to determine the source and use of working capital. The analysis used in the form of comparative balance analysis, analysis of changes in working capital, the analysis of sources and uses of capital crimes and activity ratio analysis. To overcome that problems, the company should be able to make a planning company regarding income and expenses to be incurred primarily for inventory management. Companies should do the planning, control and proper management of the inventory in order to minimize the occurrence of lack of inventory and merchandise inventory buildup
