THE ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL HEALTH LEVEL TO OBSERVE OF FINANCIAL ASPECT OF PT POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) KANTOR REGIONAL III PALEMBANG Tiara RizkiUtami, 2016(xiv+ 55pages) Email: Tiararizkiutami@gmail.com This final report is structured to qualify in order to complete our education, majoring in Accounting Diploma In Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang. This report aims to determine financial health of PT Pos (Persero) Regional Office III Palembang based on Decree of the Minister of SOE Number : Kep-100/MBU/2002. The parameters used to observe of the financial aspect(the financial ratios). The results indicate that in the periods of 2013-2014, PT Pos (Persero) Regional Office III Palembanghas AA predicate, but in period of 2015 has BBB predicate that means not health enough. However. There are still some ratios that still must be considered vote. Of some ratio,Return On Equity (ROE),Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Collection Periods (CP) is the best ratio compare to other the financial ratios.
