Office of Library and Regional Archives Documentation Prabumulih an institution that is engaged in the implementation of public services in the field of libraries, documentation and archives area. Services Section and Guidance Library is part of the Office of Library Documentation and Regional Archives Prabumulih tasked with managing information services and library materials, counselors and guidance on land use and the use of library and information services, as well as the collection, procurement, receipt, processing, utilization and storage of library materials , One of the data processing is done by the Library Services Section and Guidance, a report that consists of data books and visitor data. The objective of this application is to facilitate the Services Section and Development of Libraries in processing the data book, a data member, visitor data, the data book lending, the data returning books, and data bookshelves, as well as recap and print reports for applications that are built based desktop using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and MySQL that is structured and integrated with each other. The method of data collection in the making of this application is interview and observation techniques. With this application is expected to be a solution for Library Development Services Section and in processing the report.
