Abstract
The aim of this final report writing to solve problems of booking service and medicine at the Clinic Beauty Aesthetics MI is a system of registration, booking services and medicine are still done manually is to come first to the clinic, with this system there are some disadvantages of which patients need a lot time and less effective. To realize these solutions need for an information system to facilitate the patient in the booking service and purchase of medicine. The booking process services and the purchase of medicine originally patient should go Aesthetic Beauty Clinic MI. With this information system makes the patient does not have to come to Aesthetic Beauty Clinic MI. Patients can make a booking service and purchase of drugs with an information system booking service and purchase this drug. Data were collected by direct observation of the activities related to learning informatics. The results obtained, namely the Information Systems and Services Booking at Beauty Clinic Aesthetic Medicine MI. The conclusion reached in this information system is an information system of services and medicine ordering on Aesthetics clinic MI using the programming language PHP and MySQL that can be accessed by administrators, patients, and patients.
