Abstract

Analysis of Local Revenue ( PAD ) and the Special Allocation Fund ( DAK ) to shopping in Education in South Sumatra province. Rikawati (Rikawati690@yahoo.co.id.), 2016 (L + 50 Pages) Writing this thesis takes the object in 10 regencies / cities in South Sumatra province to retrieve data via the Internet are published through the website of the Directorate General of Taxation of Finance. Based on secondary data Reports Regional Budget (APBD) and report Actual Local Budget (APBD) obtained by the author through observation and documentation, the authors conducted research revenue (PAD) and the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) to Shop Education in 10 District / City of South Sumatra province because education spending is a source of financing that play a huge role in bringing about quality education. Based on the results of the discussions that have been analyzed, the authors conclude that the Partial and Simultaneous revenue (PAD) and the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) effect on spending in the Field of Education in 10 District / City of South Sumatra province Years 2011-2014. Therefore, the authors suggest that the government should need to dig up the original income (PAD) as closely as possible with the existing potential, and mengeloah Special Allocation Fund (DAK) is right on target in order to achieve quality education.
