Abstract
The title of this final report is " The Analysis of Likuidity Ratio and Profitability Ratio at PT Haidan Pratama Putra." The purpose of this final report is to analyze how where PT Haidian Pratama Putra manage finances viewed from the aspect of liquidity and profitability. As for the collection of data obtained by the authors by means of interviews and observation, also read the theory in analyzing the company's financial statements. The analysis in these financial statements using the financial statements of the year 2012 to 2014. The application of ratio analysis of financial statements PT Pratama Putra Haidian is used mainly to determine the condition of the company's cash ratio, wherein the amount of cash available is smaller than the number of short-term liabilities and also the increased every year in operating expenses, although this increase was followed by an increase in sales, but this may result in less income earned maximal. Based on these problems can be said that the company is less effective in managing finances. The author tries to give advice to the company, namely, an increase in cash on the company can be maximized by increasing revenues from rental services. And also the company must exercise control over operating expenses, which have increased every year, by way of re-costing budgedting.
