Abstract
Development of education is rapidly increasing, making a significant growth of the amount of students each year. Muhammadiyah University as one as pivate university. Therefore, it is planned to build the new building to add a place to educate the children of nation. In this building, the entire building using reinforced concrete and use bore pile foundation structure of the lower part of the building. Planning is guided by the structure of the SNI – 03-1729-2002 as the basic theory and several other books, such as a book written by Istimawan Reinforced Concrete, Reinforced Concrete Table bouquet of Gideon, and the foundation formula by Terzaghi. Based on these guidelines and the data collected, got result planning to 7 floors college building use bore pile foundation, column measuring 60cm X 60cm, beams measuring 40cm x 70cm, and based on the count of the existing building and fit to use. And for the construction of this building needed Rp. 23.608.158.656,25
