This final report is composed to know the credit distribution and debt claiming at PT Summit Oto Finance Kayuagung branch. The analysis conducted at PT Summit Oto Finance is one of credit funding of automobile and motorcycle companies. The method which is used in this final report is descriptive method by using case study technique. To collect the needed data, the writer uses interview technique. The evaluation result shows that the implementation of credit distribution procedure at PT Summit Oto Finance has not been running well yet and on implementation of debt caliming has been running well and followed the procedure. This problem is caused because there is dishonesty and inappropriateness that is done by someone in credit and departement verifier in procedure of credit distribution. Meanwhile, the implementation of debt claiming has been runnig well.
