Abstract
This study aims to facilitate the general staff in data processing inventory of state property and the person in charge of the room to make accurate statements about the condition of the goods and ask for the goods by making an application to the Faculty of Da'wa and Communication UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. In this research using primary data in the form of observation, interviews, secondary data in the form of books and related documents in the system. The author collected data support making this application includes data from the current system, the organizational structure of the Faculty of Da'wa and Communication, the data of State Property, the data on propaganda and Communication Faculty. To get a real picture of the data, the authors also directly involved spaciousness to know how the system is running. The author also asked a few questions related to the staff that is useful to gain knowledge about the system of inventory of state property. The data has been successfully collected were analyzed using analysis PIECES to get good results. The results obtained is an application that support the performance of the system inventory of state property that the Inventory Data Processing Application of State Property of the Faculty of Communication and Da'wa UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The results of the study were tested superiority with existing systems by comparing the advantages and disadvantages
