Abstract
This final report title is “Analysis of the sources and the use of working capital at PT. Lambung Karang Sakti Palembang”. This company is located at Residen H. Abdul Rozak street number 9A Kelurahan Bukit Sangkal, Kecamatan Kalidoni Palembang. PT. Lambung Karang Sakti Palembang is company engaged in the services of contractors. Based on data from the company’s financial statement in the from of Income Statement and Balance Sheet for the years 2013, 2014, and 2015 can be concluded that the main problem faced by the company has not been efficient management of working capital PT. Lambung Karang Sakti Palembang yet. This is caused by accumulation of working capital in accounts receivable and achieved profit levels were still very small companies for three consecutive years. The results show that this company did not apply the sources of working capital appropriately. In fact, there was an over lapping receivable at company and the running of operational activities of the company was not effective yet. Of existing problems, the author gives advice to company with greater emphasis on collection management, control of the interens account receivable quickly become cash money cash and increases its profit by way of costs and uses office facilitties as necessary.
