Abstract

The disease is endemic is a situation where the disease permanently situated in a public place/certain populations. An infectious disease is said to be endemic when everyone who is infected with the disease pass it on to others such as measles, influenza, dengue, dengue, pneumonia diarrhea, acute diarrhea and others. From around the capital of the province that is in the city of Palembang, Indonesia is ranked the 5th largest endemic diseases spread in Indonesia. This is because still many societies that have yet to find out information about the spread of the disease is endemic and health services the city of Palembang could not provide information about the spread of diseases endemic to the community at large. At the end of this Report, the authors build a c which can be used by the Department Health of the Palembang city to provide information to the public about the spread of the disease is endemic. This geographic Information System, not only provides information about the disease is endemic, but also Geographic Information System provides a solution to the community about the endemic disease prevention, as well as the spread of the disease can show the location of most endemic in South Sumatera, especially in Palembang.
