Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of working capital and liquidity efficiency to the profitability. The variables used in this study is the efficiency of working capital and liquidity as the independent variable and the dependent variable as profitability. Working capital efficiency is measured by working capital turnover (X1), measured with the current liquidity ratio (X2), and profitability is measured by return on investment (Y). The method used is the quantitative study of associative. The Data used in this research is data panel, which is a combination between the data of cross section and time series data are taken from the annual report 7 corporate Automotive and Component were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the four-year period 2009-2012. The results showed that partially working capital efficiency (WCT) effect on profitability, it can be seen from the value t calculate > t table (2,245< 2,059). Current ratio (CR) effect on profitability, it can be seen from the value t calculate > t table (2,798> 0,005). Test results showed that the value of f f f > count table (2,789<3,39)significan 0,081 (>0,05). From the test results it can be concluded that F is the efficiency of working capital liquidity and simultaneous does not effect on profitability.
