Abstract
Laporan akhir ini berjudul rancang bangun alat bantu pengelasan rangka meja yang diharapkan berguna untuk membantu, mempermudah dan membuat pekerjaan yang dilakukan menjadi lebih efisien. Alat ini bisa diatur sesuai ukuran benda yang akan dibuat dengan batasan baja hollow 10 x 10 x 2 mm sampai 25 x 25 x 2 mm dengan panjang dan lebar pembuatan rangka 50 mm x 50 mm sampai 900 mm x 1400 mm. Alat ini dapat berputar 300⁰ yang dirancang untuk memudahkan operator las dalam melakukan pengelasan. Proses pembuatan alat ini menggunakan mesin las listrik, mesin bor, mesin gerinda, mesin bubut dan dibantu dengan alat kerja lainnya. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan alat ini adalah selama ± 20,27 jam dengan harga jual Rp2.445.300.00,-.
