EFFECT OF FINANCIAL RATIO ON STOCK PRICE AT MINING COMPANIES AT INDONESIAN STOCK EXCHANGE IN 2010-2012 MediaGustiandinaPratiwi, 2014 (xiii+50 pages) mediagustiandinapratiwi@ymail.com This research to examine how the effect of liquidity is proxied by the ratio of Current Ratio (CR), which is proxied by the solvency ratio Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), which is proxied by profitability ratio Net Profit Margin (NPM), and the activity ratio is proxied by Total Asset Turnover (TATO) of the Stock Price on mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2010-2012. Data were obtained from the Annual Report published in BEI 2010-2012. The data used is panel data. The number of the study population was 45 companies and the number of samples as many as 25 companies with a purposive sample passing phase. Analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable CR, DAR, NPM, and partially TATO no significant effect on stock prices. CR variables simultaneously, DAR, NPM, and TATO no significant effect on stock prices. Predictive ability of the four variables on stock prices in this study was 5.3%, while the remaining 94.7% is influenced by other factors not included in this model. For further research is expected to expand the scope of research and adds research variables. Keywords : Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Total Asset Turnover and Stock Price.
