Abstract
CV Negeri Sakti companyisa company engaged in the procurement of goods and services which is located in Palembang Jl. Jend. A. Yani, Komplek Bumi Patra Sriwijaya Blok G Rt.049 Rw.02 Tangga Takat. The purpose of this report is to investigate the management of working capital at CV Negeri Sakti Palembang. the problem is about the company implementasion of the warking capital management has been managed properly or not. Through the observation, interview, and library research, then the data were analyze using theoretical frameworks developed by Munawir (2010), Bambang Riyanto (2010) and Kasmir (2012). The result shows that company has not applied the utility of working capital “effectively and efficiently”. The writer suggested that company should be able to optimalyze current assets that company’s has in order to get the result revenueto another work so that the inclination of idle money to cultivate can be less.
