Abstract
Influence of Return On Asset, Return On Equity and Economic Value Added To Value of the Company (Automotive and component Company in Indonesian Stock Exchanges). Asmarani, 2014 (xiv + 55 halaman) asmaranimustofa43@gmail.com Firm value is very important because the high value of the firm which will be followed by higher shareholder wealth. The higher the stock price the higher the value of the company, to achieve general corporate value investors give up their management to professionals. This research purposes is to analyze the influence of retun on assets, return on equity, and economic value added on value of the company. This research uses sample of automotive and component company in Indonesian Stock Exchanges during 2009-2012 period. The number of automotive and component company uses for sample is 11 companies with 4 year observation. Based on method purposive sampling, the total of research sample is 44 financial statements. Hypothesis in this research uses multiplier regression, with application tool of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Result of this research is indicates that return on asset and economic value added have positive influence and significantly on value of the company. On the other hand, return on equity haven’t influence on value of the company. Keywood : profitability ratio, eva and value of the company.
