Abstract
This final report aims to determine the efforts made by owner of the TokoMeubelJati “Aldo AldiJepara” cabang Palembang to increase and develop TokoMeubelJati “Aldo AldiJepara“ cabang Palembang. The method of this research were using qualitative and quantitative method. The data were collected by observation, library reaserch, and interview. Writer found that the efforts to increase and develop TokoMeubelJati “Aldo AldiJepara” cabang Palembang wasn’t good enough, because there were still intervention from other side in decision making or submitted to the subordinates. Writer suggest to the owner of the TokoMeubelJati “Aldo AldiJepara” cabang Palembang to develop self potential, be brave to take arisk and develop creativity for making an innovation to the product.
