Abstract
Laporan ini berjudul Perencanaan Alat Bantu Produksi Pengeboran 2 Titik pada Flange Knalpot Mobil Minibus, yang bermanfaat untuk mempermudah sekeligus mempercepat proses tersebut yang merupakan salah satu contoh penerapan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pembuatan laporan akhir. Penulis merencanakan alat ini untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan alat bantu ini lebih cepat dan efisien jika dibandingkan dengan pengerjaan manual. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan ( Observasi, Referensi, Konsultasi ). Untuk menganalisa data menggunakan teori pada modul-modul. Kesimpulannya bahwa alat bantu ini dibuat untuk menghasilkan flange knalpot pada mobil minibus dengan cepat dan efisien. Alat ini masih terdapat kekurangan – kekurangan untuk itu masih perlu beberapa modifikasi agar fungsi kerja alat ini dapat lebih di optimalkan. Estimasi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan alat ini adalah selama ± 19,9 Jam dengan harga jual Rp 2.377.679,-
