Abstract
The title of this report is lW Design of Electronic Filling System by using Microsoft Access 2007 for the IiWnW and Outgoing Mail a/ Kelurahan Tanjung Agung Baturaja Barat. Data collection techniques used by the author are Field Research (Observation, Interview, Documentation) and Library Research. From the data, the author found the problems that the process to search the files were infficient in terms of time by using msnual system. Therefore, at this time we need afilling system that is more structured management letter in order to speed up the dsta searching in modern application, because of that, the author felt the need to'design the program deemed necessary and help the stffi who manage the archives af Kelurahan Tanjung Ag,rng. This application was designed by using Microsoft ffice Access 2007. The results obtained from the implemetttation of this electronic filling system thot rnade it easy to manage archives incoming and outgoing mail at Kelurahan Tanjung Agung, in addition supported by personnels that competent in their field, and have the skills and abilities which support the itnplementation of electronic archiving.
