Abstract
The Research aims to make a new variant of Bluder Cake using combination of corn and pumpkin. The problems were “how to make a new variant of Bluder Cake using combination of corn and pumpkin?” and “what documentation can be used for a new variant of Bluder Cake using combination of corn and pumpkin?. The aims of writing this report were to make a new variant of Bluder Cake using combination of corn and pumpkin and the form documentation of Bluder Cake in this research. The method of this report was Research and Development (R&D) method developed by Sukmadinata. The research techniques for collecting data were interview and questionnaire. These techniques were used in every stage of research and development modified based on Sukmadinata. Based on findings, the writer found that processes of develop Bluder Cake includes 4 times testing. There were limited testing 1 and 2, wider testing, and final product testing. The product result of the final testing was revised, then it was disseminated through questionnaire. The result of questionnaire was analyzed to find out people perceptions about the product which is a new variant of Bluder Cake. The result of the development was documented into Leaflet.
