Abstract
This study discusses about the influence of Welfare on Employee’s Loyalty in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Palembang. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the employee welfare is giving by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Palembang give influences with employee loyalty in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Palembang. Data used in this study is primary data by giving quesitionnaries and interviews with employees in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Palembang and second data is taken from existing documents in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Palembang. While to analyze data using quantitative data analysis. The result shows that the welfare given by the company has a positive influence on employee loyalty, that is equal to 12.7% with correlation r = 0.357 which is between 0,20 - 0,399 which means have low relation. Based on the results obtained, the authors conclude that there is still welfare that has not according to the criteria or needs that employees expect, one of that is facilitative welfare. The writer suggests that companies give more attention to the welfare employees either economic welfare, facilitative or service.
