Abstract

Design Of Biomass Convertion Equipment to Biogas Fuel By Using Partition Type Reactor With Green Phoskko ® (Gp-7) As Bioconvertion Media (Agung Wiranata, 2014, 46 Page, 7 Table, 20 Picture, 4 Appendix) The problem of energy scarcity in Indonesia received special attention from the government. This prompted the release of a policy of reducing the consumption of fossil fuels and increased use of renewable energy targets as outlined in the form of (primary) National Energy Mix 2025. One of the efforts to meet the target it is the use of biomass as an energy source. One source of biomass energy is biogas, because it pertained to the energy derived from organic materials (non-fossil material) is generally derived from a variety of organic wastes such as human waste, animal waste, plant debris etc. . To utilize biomass into biogas as a reactor fuel needed to produce biogas as an alternative energy source. The reactor is an important equipment as producing biogas for use as an alternative energy. In making use of biogas reactor type partition (septum) that uses waste vegetable raw materials by adding cow dung as an early starter. Biogas production is done by adding green Phoskko (GP-7) as a medium to accelerate the bioconversion of organic matter degradation process. Biogas fermentation process carried out for 13 days. Biogas produced biogas composition was analyzed to determine the highest during the fermentation process. From the analysis and the calculation efficiency and% yield recovery of biogas under optimal conditions, namely the 12th day 66.62% and 4.99% with a heating value (LHV) 8435kkal/kg.
